Welcome to Aggarwal Fastway Logistics. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service provided by Aggarwal Fastway Logistics, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Aggarwal Fastway Logistics provides packing, moving, transportation, loading, unloading, and storage services for residential and commercial relocations. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Home shifting and residential moving
  • Office and commercial relocation
  • Car and bike transportation
  • Local and domestic shifting
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Storage and warehousing solutions

3. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding your relocation requirements
  • Declare all items to be moved, including fragile, valuable, or hazardous items
  • Ensure that all items are ready for packing/loading at the agreed time
  • Provide clear access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Be present or have an authorized representative during pickup and delivery
  • Obtain necessary permits or permissions required for the move
  • Provide accurate addresses and contact information

4. Booking and Payment

Quotations: All quotations provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual services rendered.

Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your quotation. We accept payment via cash, bank transfer, UPI, and other digital payment methods.

Advance Payment: An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking. The advance amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to cancellation charges.

5. Liability and Insurance

Care and Handling: We take utmost care in handling your belongings. However, Aggarwal Fastway Logistics shall not be held liable for:

  • Damage to items not properly packed by our team
  • Loss or damage due to natural disasters, riots, strikes, or other force majeure events
  • Damage to items that are inherently fragile or have pre-existing damage
  • Items of sentimental value or items not declared by the customer
  • Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or government restrictions

Insurance: We recommend purchasing transit insurance for your goods. Insurance coverage details and terms will be provided separately.

Claims: Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence and documentation.

6. Prohibited Items

We do not transport the following items:

  • Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable substances, chemicals)
  • Illegal items or contraband
  • Perishable food items
  • Live plants and animals
  • Currency, jewelry, or negotiable instruments (unless declared and insured)
  • Items prohibited by law or regulation

The customer is responsible for declaring any special items. Aggarwal Fastway Logistics reserves the right to refuse transportation of any item.

7. Delays and Force Majeure

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, Aggarwal Fastway Logistics shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, earthquakes
  • Traffic congestion or road closures
  • Government restrictions or regulations
  • Vehicle breakdowns despite regular maintenance
  • Pandemics or health emergencies

8. Storage Services

If you opt for our storage services:

  • Storage charges will be calculated based on the duration and volume of goods stored
  • Goods must be properly packed and labeled
  • We maintain secure, climate-controlled facilities but are not liable for damage due to the inherent nature of stored goods
  • Advance notice is required for retrieval of stored items
  • Storage charges must be paid regularly as per the agreed terms

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the booking and service process will be used solely for:

  • Providing and managing our services
  • Communication regarding your move
  • Improving our services
  • Legal and regulatory compliance

We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from our services:

  • The customer should first contact us to resolve the matter amicably
  • If unresolved, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India
  • Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action

11. Modifications to Terms

Aggarwal Fastway Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh.
